There are situations where normal occupancy doesn’t need to be done. These cases, however, require the surveyor to perform post-demolition asbestos survey to determine the presence of asbestos within the premises. In these cases, the surveyor has no need to conduct a post-demolition asbestos survey. For these situations, the only feasible solution is to locate the asbestos-containing materials inside the premises prior to demolition. Otherwise, it would be impossible to make any adjustments once demolition takes place.
